关于泉州市构建终身教育体系的思考

Considerations on Constructing Life-long Education System in Quanzhou

党的十七大把终身教育体系基本形成作为建设小康社会的目标之一。目前,泉州市主要经济指标已基本完成全面建设小康社会目标,但是在终身教育方面,尚处于实践探索阶段,要真正形成体系任务还很艰巨,正成为泉州全面实现小康社会的"短板"。构建终身教育体系,就是要把终身教育理念和原则转化为实践,建立起以政府为主导,以终身学习资源平台为支撑,以现代信息技术为主要手段,以学习型组织为主要载体,以政策法规为保障,人们随时随地皆可学习的终身教育体系。

The 17th National Congress took basically formed life-long education system as a goal of constructing the well-off society. At present,main economic indicators of Quanzhou have completed the goal of building well-off society basically. But the life-long education is still in the practical period. The task of forming this system is very hard,and life-long education has become a ＂short plank＂ in realizing a well-off society. Constructing life-long education system is the system in which the idea and principle of life-long education can be applied, the government will be taken as leader, life-long learning resources platform as supportor, modern information technology as main means, learning organization as main carrier,policies and regulations as guarantee,and people can learn at any time.
