当前城中村改造的困境与对策——以闽南泉州市丰泽区为例

Predicament and Countermeasures of Current City Village Renovation——Take Fengze District of Quanzhou City as an Example

"城中村"是城市化发展过程中的产物,当前"城中村"问题已成为加快推进我国城市化进程必须着力解决的问题。文章在进行调查的基础上,分析泉州市丰泽区"城中村"产生的原因及存在的主要问题,着重阐述加快"城中村"改造的思路与对策。

City village is the product of urbanization. At present, the problem of city village must be settled in the development of urbanization. Based on investigation, the article analyzes the cause and the main problems of city village in Fengze district of Quanzhou City, and expounds the thoughts and countermeasures of renovating city village.
