文章围绕运动鞋设计专业的学生在就业初期,如何为企业产生效益这一问题,阐述鞋类行业的设计师应具备的主要技能,及就业前工作能力与企业的接轨的一些观点。学生在校期间提前完成企业对毕业生的再培训,缩短毕业生与市场的磨合期,从而使设计师设计的作品能尽快地适应市场的需求,最大限度地为企业创造效益。通过与国家劳动部联合举办鞋类设计师考试、培训(专业培训为期两年,分前、中、后三个阶段)这一平台,经过4年来对企业的调查和实践,探索出一个较适合泉州地区中小型鞋企设计师综合素质培训的方案。

Some viewpoints on students of athletic shoes design of how to benefit enterprise at the early stage of employment, what main skills the shoes designer should have,and how to combine work ability and enterprise before being employed are discussed. By completing enterprise retraining in advance in university,shortening adapting period of graduate and market, will designer＇s work meet the needs of market as soon as possible, and create the furthest benefit for the enterprise. With shoes designer examination and training which is held by Ministry of Labour, investigation and practice on the enterprise in the last four years,the suitable way of comprehensive qualities training for middle-small enterprise shoes designer in Quanzhou is explored.
