论中国教育学的西化气质与出路

On the Westernization of Chinese Pedagogy and its Outlets

中国教育学的发展已经走过了百年历程,但是由于全球化对本土教育研究的冲击、中国教育学的失范、教育研究者自身学养的缺失等多方面原因,加上单一、量化的高校和科研机构评价机制的催生,中国教育学并没有形成完整的学科体系,并呈现出显著的"西化"气质。为此,在中国教育实践空间中创建本土的教育学派是改变教育学西化图景的根本出路,同时,应该提升教育研究者的学术素养,改革高校和科研机构的学术评价与管理体制,从而完善中国教育学体系,塑造中国教育学的中国气质。

Over a century’s advance of Chinese pedagogy has failed to be developed into a special discipline with striking traits of westernization because of the impacts of the globalization,and deficiencies of standardization and scholars’ qualities,coupled with the single and quantified assessment system,as well.Therefore,the author suggests that relevant measures be taken in the aspects of researchers’ levels,academic evaluation and management,to improve localized pedagogical system characteristic of China.
