摘要
针对近10年来全国青少年体质健康连年下降的现象,运用博弈论从国家、学生及其家庭、学校和教师以及地方政府等各方在"升学率"这个基点上作出利益分歧和利益博弈的分析,并建议:创立中国特色的教育理念和哲学;对现有教育利益关系调整和再分配;加强教育法律阐释、制定细则;最主要是现阶段增加并提高体质健康在考试总分中的权重和比例。
The author is trying to analyze gaps and game-playing of state and local governments,students,families,schools and teachers in terms of interest in higher grade enrolment rate so as to handle the continual degradation of teenagers’ physical health.To solve the problem,the author suggests that such steps are taken as conceiving unique Chinese educational insights and philosophy,adjusting educational interest relations and distribution,enhancing law interpretation and formulation, and in particular, currently increasing the weights and proportions of physical wellbeing tests in total scores.
