论法学学位论文在法学本科教育中的作用

法学本科教育在我国的整个法学教育体系中处于基础性的地位,而法学论文写作在法学本科教育的培养方案中又是一门非常重要的课程,对于发展和完善我国的法学本科教育具有重要意义。我国目前现有的法学本科学位论文制度存在着很多问题,针对这些问题,需要我们加强认识法学学位论文在法学本科教育中的作用,采取相应的对策,完善现有的法学学位论文制度。

Undergraduate instruction is fundamental to the system of law science education.And law science thesis,a vital course of undergraduate’s education program,is of great value to the advance and perfection of China’s law science undergraduate education.Issues and problems still exist with the system of the thesis course.The paper,thus,holds that the role of thesis in undergraduate education be well-recognized to take workable measures in line with a feasible and practical system.
