摘要
为提高漂珠提取率,优化提取工艺,采用理论计算及正交试验方法对漂珠全自动生产线的水灰比、灰浆流量、搅拌转速等参数进行研究.结果表明,当水灰比为15∶1,灰浆流量1 m3/min,搅拌转速为20 r/min时,漂珠自动提取生产线的提取率最高.
Parameters of cenosphere automatic production line on water cement ratio,mortar flow and stirring speed were studied in order to improve extraction ratio of cenosphere and optimize extraction crafts.It was shown that extraction ratio of cenosphere automatic production line was best when water cement ratio was 15∶1,the flux of ash plasm was 1 m^3/min and stirring speed was 20 r/min in the experiment.
