摘要
通过使用关联规则中的Apriori算法,挖掘出电子病历系统中的门诊处方,寻找到门诊处方中常用药物的联合配伍,并对数据结果进行了药理学分析,为疾病诊断和治疗提供科学的、准确的辅助决策.结果证明该方法可供临床和管理使用.
The Apriori algorithm of the association rules is used to find the coalescence and compatibility of medicines.And the analysis of pharmacology on the results of mining is given.Thus,scientific decision-making is provided for the disease diagnosis and treatment.And it proves that this method can be applied to the clinic and management.
