摘要
通过对陕西电网企业临时性劳动用工现状及存在问题的调研及深刻剖析,提出了3种不同的用工模式,即非全日制用工、劳务派遣制用工以及业务外包形式。为解决电网企业实施《劳动合同法》所带来的现实问题提供了解决思路,为今后企业经营管理、人力资源管理提供参考和借鉴。
Through the analysis & investigation on the problems existed in short-term employment in Shaanxi power grid network,3 employment modes are put forward,i.e.part-time employment,labor services dispatching & outsourcing.The paper supplies solution for the problems resulted from the execution of Labor Contract Law,and can be used as reference for future enterprise management & labor resources management.
