摘要
为了在重大灾害和事故发生时能进行抗灾救灾、降低灾害损失,陕西省电力公司建立了电网突发事故26项应急预案。本文借鉴故障树分析法和完备性分析方法对应急预案进行了初步的分析评价。分析结果表明,陕西省电力公司的应急预案系统完备性程度较高,但公司系统与社会其他部门的协调沟通及预防与应急准备环节中的风险评价和物资保障方面还需进一步完善。
For the prevention and relief of disaster ＆ reduction of losses when weighty disaster occurs, Shaanxi Electric Power Company sets up 26 emergency prevention schemes. Fault tree method and perfection analysis method are used to make preliminary analysis. The results show that the perfection degree of emergency prevention scheme for Shaanxi Electric Power Company is high, but further perfection shall be conducted from the aspects of communication between Shaanxi Electric Power Company system and other society department, risk evaluation ＆ material insurance in emergency preparation.
