合同管理是供电企业对外经济合同的重要内容。在先进合同管理理论的指导下,结合西安供电局实际,研究给出了供电企业合同管理流程优化方案,进而提出了加强合同管理的保障措施,建立了基于全过程管理的合同管理体系。

Contract management is important content of foreign economic contract for power supply enterprise.Under the guidance of advanced contract management theory,combined with the reality of Xi an Power Supply Bureau,the optimal scheme of contract management process for power supply enterprise is studied.The insurance measure to strengthen contract management is put forward, contract management system based on whole process management is established.
