摘要 研究了电力设备运行维护的生命周期成本(LCC)评价方法及计算方法。建立了定期更换(TBM)、定期诊断(PDM)、大小周期诊断(DDM)以及定期更换与最佳时机的诊断(DTB)4种维护策略。采用基于加速老化实验数据的LCC评价方法,考虑利率、故障率、诊断费用和测量参数的分散度等因素。 Life cycle cost (I,CC) assessment method and calculation method of power apparatus are researched. Four maintenance rules such as time based maintenance (TBM), dual-periodical diagnosis maintenance (DDM), periodical diagnosis maintenance (PDM) and diagnosis and time based maintenance (DTB) are established. The LCC assessment method based on accelerated-aging experiment datum are carried out to compare the economic feasibility of different maintenance methods for the power apparatus. Furthermore, the influencing factors of asset management such as interest rate, tailure rate,diagnosis expense and the dispersion of measurement parameter distribution are also discussed.
