摘要
跟踪近年来发生的几起300MW汽轮机高中压转子大轴弯曲事故。利用转子动力学和弹塑性力学及材料力学理论,结合高中压转子的结构特点和材料机械性能,总结分析了高中压转子大轴弯曲的过程和机理,提出了避免发生高中压转子大轴弯曲事故的措施和建议。
Tracking several main shaft bending accidents of HP-IP rotors in 300MW steam turbine in recent years. Based on rotor dynamics, plastoelasticity and material mechanics, combined with the structural characteristics of the HP-IP rotors & material mechanical properties, the process and mechanism of the main shaft bending of the HP-IP rotors are summarized and analyzed, some measures and suggestions to prevent the accidents of the main shaft bending are proposed.
