标准电流互感器期间核查方法的研究

Research on Period Verification Method for Standard Current Transformer

测量用电流互感器是国家重点管理的用于贸易结算的计量器具,其计量准确与否直接影响电能交易双方的经济利益。为了保证陕西省电力公司所属供电局标准电流互感器在计量检定间隔期间的准确可靠,并保持良好置信度的检定状态,依据JJF 1033—2008《计量标准考核规范》、JJF1069—2007《法定计量检定机构考核规范》的要求,结合实际情况,研究探讨采用核查标准,获得实验室连续的测量过程参数,建立控制图并通过对控制图的分析将检定过程中"在控"或"失控"状态随时反馈,确保标准电流互感器测量结果的不确定度持续控制在规定的允许范围之内,从而达到监控测量过程的目的。

Measuring current transformer is one of measuring instruments for trade settlement, and its measurement precision directly influences the economic interests of energy trading participant. To ensure the measurement precision ＆ verification conditions with good confidence of standard current transformer during cheeking in each of Shaanxi power supply bureau, continuous measuring process parameters are obtained based on JJF1033-2008 specifications for reviewing measurement standards ＆ JJF1069-2007 assess criterion of legal metrological verification, then, control charts is considered in the paper, and feedback information of the state which is under control or is out of control in checking is given by analyzing the control charts, to control an uncertainty of measurement result of the standard current transformer within the allowable range and monitor the measurement process.
