摘要
在超声电视成像测井仪器中,磁通门传感器用于确定图像的方位。依据仪器的结构特点,设计了圆环形磁通门传感器探头。依据该仪器的磁定位只需反映地磁强度的周期变化的特殊需求,简化了检测电路,提高了高温环境下的稳定性和可靠性。针对不同线圈参数,给出电路的调试与刻度方法。实验结果表明:该传感器在高温环境下稳定工作,输出信号频率稳定,具有很高的实际应用价值。
The fluxgate sensor of supersonic TV imaging logging tool was used to determine the position of image. Based on the structure of the logging tool, a circular ring fluxgate sensor probe was proposed. Utilizing the special needs of the tool, the fluxgate detection circuit was simplified to work in high-temperature environment. And the circuit debugging method was given for the different parameters of the coil. The results show that the system works in poor environment with high efficiency and stability, it has high application value.
