摘要
针对称重传感器应用中,存在抗侧向力不足,或侧向力过大引起形变,导致传感器失效或损坏的缺点,提出了十字型传感器的设计方案,包括尺寸计算、图纸绘制等关键性技术,用有限元分析了传感器弹性体应力和贴片盲孔的应力,制作了30 t十字形称重传感器样件并进行测试实验,测试结果表明了设计方法的有效性。
The load cell is lead to inactivation or breakage for shortage of anti-side force or deforming in practice.For improving the ability of load cell performance,this paper introduced the method of designing cross shape load cell in detail from size calculated and drawing with the 30 t cross shape load cell for instance.The method is verified by finite element analysis in the stress of elastic mass and blind hole cover.The design of method is appropriate by testing results with preproduction model.
