阿维A联合复方甘草酸苷治疗多发跖疣疗效观察

Effective observation of avermectin A combined SNMC in treating multiple plantar warts

目的:评价阿维A联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗多发跖疣的临床疗效。方法:治疗组21例口服阿维A和复方甘草酸苷片,对照组21例肌内注射重组人干扰素α-2b。均用药8周后评价疗效。结果:治疗组有效率90.48%,对照组为61.90%,两组有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:阿维A联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗多发跖疣近期疗效明显。

Objective ：To evaluate the clinical effects of avermeetin A combined SNMC tablet in treatment of multiple plantar warts. Methods：21 cases of the treatment group received oral avermeetin A and SNMC ,21 cases of the control group were given intramuscular injection of recombinant human interferon α-2b.The curative effect was evaluated after 8-week treatment.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.48 percent, 61.90 percent for the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion ：Avermectin A combined SNMC for treating mulliple plantar marts has obvious short-term efficacy.
