Chuck Used to Grind the Sleeve Type Parts with Thin Wall

摘要 薄壁套类零件的装夹变形和夹持精度,是夹具设计时需重点关注的问题。文章针对具有代表性结构的液压挺杆类零件,提出了采用弹性卡盘结构来解决工件装夹问题。对于夹持工件的长度不同和夹持直径的不同,设计出两套弹性卡盘。利用内圆磨床自身具有的动力源,采用工件主轴内装推杆,轴向推动夹具中弹性盘产生变形,完成工件的安装,当工件安装到位后,弹性盘卸载复原,产生径向夹持力,实现工件的定位夹紧。 It is an important aspect to avoid the deformation of the sleeve type parts with thin wall and keep their held accuracy as the clamp chuck was designed. This article proposed a solution to this problem with spring chuck that focused on the holding typical parts such as hydraulic tappets. Two sets of spring chucks were adopted to chuck the parts which have different holding length and diameter. The installation of the part was completed with a push rod mounted inside the shaft driving the deformation of spring chuck through the power of grinding machine. The part was clamped and positioned with radial holding force from unloading spring chuck.
