护理干预对喉癌全切术后放疗患者生活质量的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients undergoing surgery for laryngocarcinoma

目的:探讨护理干预对喉癌全切术后患者放疗期间生活质量的影响。方法:采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织研制的生活质量量表(EORTC QLQ-C30),对42例喉癌患者进行生活质量测量和评价。结果:护理干预前后患者生活质量除经济状况和身体功能外差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:科学合理的护理干预能提高喉癌全喉切术后放疗患者的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life （QOL） in the patients undergoing surgery for laryngoeareinoma during radiotherapy.Methods：EORTC QLQ-C30 was used to determine the quality of life （QOL）in 42 patients before and after nursing intervention.Results：Exeept eeonomie situation and physiological funetioning,there were significant differenees in the quality of life（QOL）in 42 patients before and after nursing intervention.Conclusion： Reasonable and seientifie nursing intervention ean improve the quality of life（QOL） in the patients undergoing surgery for laryngoearcinoma during radiotherapy.
