CT增强扫描静脉穿刺的护理

Nursing for patients with intravenous puncture in CT enhancement scanning

目的:探讨CT增强扫描静脉穿刺的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析1656例CT增强扫描患者的穿刺静脉选择、穿刺技巧、穿刺前后对患者的心理护理。结果:96.5%的患者一次穿刺注射成功,1例穿刺失败,未完成CT增强检查;15例发生不同程度造影剂外渗,穿刺前后的心理护理可明显改善患者的不适感。结论:提高护理人员的责任心、静脉穿刺技巧,加强穿刺前后的心理护理是保证CT增强扫描检查安全、有效完成的关键。

Objective：To investigate the nursing for intravenous puncture in CT enhancement scanning.Methods： 1656 eases with CT enhancement scanning were performed the retrospective analysis on the selection of vein punetured ,the technique of puncture and the psychological nursing before and after puncture.Results：96.5% of patients were succeeded in one puncture, one case failed and did not accomplish the scanning.15 cases occurred different extent of exudation of contrast medium. The psychological nursing before and after the puncture could markedly improve patients discomfort.Conclusion：To raise the responsibility of the nursing members and the technique of puncture ,enhance the psychological nursing are the key to ensure the safety and effective examination of CT enhancement.
