Application of PDM and ERP Systems Integration in the Auxiliary Engine Manufacturing Industry

通过对汽车发动机辅机制造行业的分析,研究该行业PDM特点,总结PDM与ERP系统的集成框架,选取直接对数据库访问的集成方法,根据关系型数据库特点设计了PDM与ERP系统集成的数据库,开发了相应的模块。依据现代管理理念,对企业PDM与ERP系统数据库进行集成,增加了数据传输读取速度,提高了工作效率,使企业具有一定的竞争力能力。

By analyzing the auxiliary engine of Auto Engine Manufacturing industry, investigating the charac- teristic of PDM in the field, summarizing the compositive frame of PDM and ERP systems, choosing the inte- gration method of access the database directly, according to the characteristics of relational database, integrate database of PDM and ERP systems, and develop the corresponding module. On the basis of Management con- cept,integrates database of PDM and ERP systems for enterprises, improves.the speed of read database and work efficiency, besides, make enterprises have certain competitive capacity.
