摘要
某不锈钢转子锻件在粗加工后探伤时发现密集超标缺陷。采用宏观观察、成分分析、扫描电镜断口观察及显微组织检验等方法对锻件缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:锻件的缺陷为白点性缺陷,而氢的存在是锻件产生白点的根本原因。
The flaw detection after the rough machining discovers the cluster defects exceeding the allowed level in the stainless steel rotor forgings. By use of macro-observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopy observation of fracture surface and microstmcture examination, the causes of defects have been analyzed. The result shows that the defect in the forgings is a flake defect, and the existence of hydrogen is the basic reason producing the flake defect.
