通过基础试验,全面了解了GS-20MnMoN i55材料的工艺性能。在此基础上,制定了冶炼、铸造和热处理工艺,成功生产出GS-20MnMoN i55上刀架铸件,质量达到了技术要求。
The process characteristics of GS-20MnMoNi55 steel have been understood completely by means of the basis experiment. Based on this, the melting, casting and heat treatment process have been prepared. Finally, the qualified upper knife frame has been manufactured successfully, which meet the technical requirements.
