摘要
白术多糖具有多种重要的生物活性和功能,是目前药物开发和研究的热点之一。对白术多糖提取、分离纯化、结构分析和生物活性的研究现状进行综述,并指出研究存在的问题和今后的研究方向。
Polysaccharides from atractylodes macrocephala koidz are biological active components which have important physiological and pharmacological functions, and is one of the pharmacological research and development focuses. The latest research on extraction, separation and purification, chemical analysis and biological activities of polysaccharides from atractylodes macrocephala koidz has been summarized. The problems at present and the future research progress on polysaccharides from atractylodes macrocephala koidz have been put forward.
