基于全寿命周期的虚拟产品开发技术初探

摘要 通过对虚拟产品开发技术(VPD)开发流程和实现功能的叙述,运用现代设计理念,提出了全寿命周期的虚拟产品开发(LCVPD)的框架,并对其开发流程和具体实现方法进行了初步探讨。重点论述了产品设计完成后,搭建虚拟现实(VR)的三维交互环境,进行虚拟使用、保养、维修和报废的实现技术和具体应用,并指出了虚拟使用和维修可以在产品投放市场后对客户进行培训来盈利,同时指出了建立合理有效的产品数据库的重要性。LCVPD的应用能大大缩短产品的开发周期,提高产品的质量和可靠性,有利于对产品进行有效地管理和服务,应用于大型复杂产品开发的优势更为明显,能大大提高企业的综合竞争力。 A flowchart of virtual product development on life cycle is put forward and by means of modem design, a preliminary exploraton is made on it and ways to realize it. The emphasis is put on the work after the design is completed, such as the technique in the construction of virtual reality(VR) three dimensional interactive environments for the technology, its application, maintenance, repair and disposal. It is pointed out that profit can be gained from training customers to use and maintain the product after it is put into market and the importance of establishing a reasonable and effective database. LCVPD application can greatly shortem the product development cycle, improve the quality and reliability of the product, and manage to perform effective management and services. The advantage is more obvious in large and complex product development. LCVPD can greatly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
