摘要
通过实例介绍了大孔树脂分离技术在药物成分分析中的应用。主要的药物成分分析技术有:薄层色谱技术、红外光谱技术、紫外分光光谱技术、硅胶和聚酰胺柱色谱层析技术、核磁共振技术、高效液相色谱技术、质谱技术。大孔树脂分离技术能广泛应用于天然药物有效成分的分离、富集,在天然药物有效成分的研究方面有着广泛的应用前景。
The Application of separate technology of macroreticular resin in the analysis of pharmaceutical ingredients was illustrated with examples. The main analysis technique of pharmaceutical ingredients include thin layer-chromatography(TLC), infrared spectroscopy(IR), ultraviolet-visble absorption spectrometry(UV) ,high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC), nuelear magnetic resonance(NMR) and mass spectrum( MS). The separation technology of macroreticular resin can be widely used in the separation and concentration of natural drug's active ingredients and has a wide application prospect in natural drug's active ingredients research.
