This paper introduces the chemical composition of 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N super duplex stainless steel and the role of its main elements, provides the physical properties, mechanical properties, corrosion resistant properties of 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N super duplex stainless steel, gives the microstructure of 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N super duplex stainless steel, describes the heat treatment process, cold and hot working process , welding process of this steel, lists the correpouding specifications, product forms and application of this steel, introduces some conditions about research of this steel at home in recent years.
