介绍了轧钢厂生产现场在安全管理方面存在的问题,根据所发现的问题,结合"6S"管理、"权变理论"管理、"效率理论"管理等现代先进安全管理理念,对全厂生产现场精益安全管理进行探索与实践,从而达到减少各类伤害事故的发生,提高企业效益的目的。

In this paper, the problems of security management existing in the production field of Rolling Plant was introduced . Combined with advanced modem security management concepts, such as 6S management, contingency theory, efficiency theory, the lean security management was explored to reduce all kinds of accident with injury and improve enterprise benefit.
