CDMA网络引入MEID的问题分析及建议

摘要 为解决电子串号(ESN)枯竭的问题,CDMA网络中开始引入MEID。本文解析了ESN和MEID的构成,对ESN演进到MEID以及带来的问题进行了分析探讨,并提出了建议。
