摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对妊娠合并乙肝孕妇疾病认知及健康行为建立的影响。方法:对2008年1月-12月所有在武汉市妇女儿童医疗保健中心定期产检的妊娠合并乙肝孕妇进行相关知识的健康教育培训,培训2个月后测试疾病知识认知水平及自我保健能力。结果:孕妇接受健康教育后,疾病知识评分和知识内容知晓率明显提高,与教育前比较有显著差异,健康保健行为改变明显。结论:健康教育是提高妊娠合并乙肝孕妇对疾病的认知能力及建立健康行为模式的重要途径。
Objective:To study the influence of health education on the cognition and the healthy behavior establishment among the women pregnancy with hepatitis B virus.Methods:263 women pregnancy with hepatitis B virus had accepted the health education about hepatitis, and 2 months after training to evaluate the cognition and the level of healthy behavior among women pregnancy with hepatitis B virus.Results: The score and awarenence of self health of the pregnancy with hepatitis B virus was significant better than before (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The health education can effectively help the women pregnancy with hepatitis to establish the healthy behavior.
