湖北省各类民间组织在艾滋病防治中的角色定位分析

An Orientation Analysis of Hubei NGOs in the Role of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control

通过了解湖北省疫情重点地区开展艾滋病防治工作的民间组织状况,分析各类组织发展现状、能力建设、干预对象、发挥的作用和存在的主要问题,发现政府背景的民间组织具有开展艾滋病防治工作的特殊优势,在防艾领域发挥着不可替代的作用;感染者互助小组在宣传教育、医疗护理和减少歧视方面发挥着主要作用。5种小组在艾滋病防治领域中发挥的作用既有相同点,也有自身的侧重点。由于民间组织法律知识比较欠缺,且经济实力一般较弱,很难大范围为服务对象提供经济支持以改善其家庭经济状况。

To know the NGO status of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in the high epidemic area,and to analyze their development, ability accumulation and existing problems.NGOs supported by the government are specially preponderant and play an indispensable role in AIDS prevention and control.Mutual aid groups of the infected play a major role in AIDS education,medical care and nursing,and the decrease of AIDS discrimination.All the NGOs have both the same and particular effects.Because NGOs are short of knowledge in law and finances,it is difficult to give economic support.
