摘要
目的:调查分析大学生在校学习时间与亚健康状态的关系。方法:使用亚健康状况评定量表对930名医学专业大学生进行调查问卷。结果:医学专业大学生中亚健康发生率达86.88%,大学生亚健康与学习时间相关系数为0.5532,呈正相关。结论:大学生亚健康状态和学习时间存在正相关性,应关注大学生群体的心理及需求,提高这一群体的自我保健意识。
Objective：This survey is conducted on the relationship between the undergraduate sub-health and their study time.Methods： The sub-health status scale is used to investigate the 930 undergraduates who are major in medicine.Results：The incidence of the sub-health of the medical undergraduates is 86.88%,the correlation coefficient of sub-health is 0.101,and they are positively related.Conclusion：The undergraduate sub-health status is positively related with their study time.So we must pay attention to the undergraduate psychological status and their demand so as to increase the consciousness of their health care.
