摘要
由于主流三片式LCD投影机光源利用率高,因此其亮度和分辨率都有保证,但其包含昂贵的合色棱镜和3片LCD板,造成成本居高不下,而RGB三色光的分色合色更导致其机械对准困难,致使工艺复杂。相对来说单片式LCD投影机制作工艺简单、成本低廉,很好地克服了三片式LCD投影机的主要问题,但其光源利用率低这一主要缺陷会引起光源寿命短、投影亮度不高和分辨率低等缺点。为克服这一缺陷,文中提出在光源和LCD面板之间加一透镜阵列作为增透层,并提出了增透层的结构,阐述了提高光谱效率的原理,进行了光线追迹计算,最后用Matlab软件模拟光线路径,优化了透镜阵列参数。
The projector with three LCDs is familiar on the market because of its high brightness and high resolution due to the effective illumination system, but the expensive X-cube and the three LCDs stops decreasing the cost, and even worse the mechannical problems. Reversely the projector with single LCD is simple and low cost with its main disadvantage of low brightness. Lens array is introduced into the system between the lamp and the LCD as a transmission enhanced layer. The essay first discussed the model of the layer, then explained the layer how to enhance the transmission and calculated for Light Tracking on Matlab. Parameters were optimized at last.
