摘要
目前大多数政府投资项目已经不再拘泥于传统的管理组织模式,而是逐渐融合多种项目管理经验,发展适应于具体项目的组合模式。现实中,组合模式的开发存在多重困难,如何正确地运用组合模式也是项目管理必须面临的一大难题。此文对政府投资项目HPC模式进行探讨,并进行治理分析。
Most government investment projects at present are no longer stickling over traditional management modes, turning to combining several management modes into one combination mode adapted to specific project. Explorations of combination mode might encounter multiple difficulties actually. How to applying a combination mode is a difficult problem to project managements. This paper makes an exploration of HPC -mode and its project governance.
