关于建筑安全疏散设计若干问题的讨论

Study on the problems of building evacuation design

分析了建筑物疏散宽度计算、疏散楼梯间设计等方面存在的问题。针对以下问题进行了研究:商业建筑、娱乐场所、展览厅等建筑疏散宽度计算;建筑物疏散楼梯间的分布、设计形式、多层建筑剪刀楼梯间或叠合楼梯设计等。提出建筑安全疏散设计应力求路线简捷易于辨认,符合人们的行为惯性,以提高建筑安全疏散设计的合理性和可靠性。

By analyzing the existing problems about the building evacuation width and emergency stair well,some proposals about evacuation design are given,which are mainly oriented to the evacuation width calculation of commercial building,place of amusement,and exhibition hall,et al.,and the evacuation staircase distribution and form,and multi-storey buildings＇ scissor staircase or superposition stairs design.The suggestion is that the evacuation route should be recognized easily and accord with people＇s habit to improve the reasonability and reliability of building evacuation design.
