摘要
以举高消防车水平支腿无法伸展故障为例,介绍水平支腿工作过程。通过分析这一故障形式,以其液压系统组件故障与系统之间的逻辑关系,建立故障树。定性分析了引起这一故障的各种可能事件,并结合实际介绍了利用故障树查找举高消防车支腿故障的方法。实践证明,此方法对于故障排除具有很强的理论指导意义。
Take the hydraulic system fault of a aerial truck's level outrigger as an instant, the working process of level outrigger are introduced. By analyzing the form of the fault, and the logic relationship between the hydraulic system and its components' fault, a fault tree was established. All of the possible events causing the fault was analyzed qualitatively. Integrated with practice, the approach of finding the fault by using a fault tree is introduced. It's proved that the method has a strong theoretical guidance for trouble shooting.
