摘要
伴随着长江上游货运量的扩大,三峡船闸通过能力不足问题已逐步显现。在分析三峡枢纽区域货物运输供需关系的基础上,引入阈值的概念,通过三峡船闸优化调度,合理进行过闸船舶运输组织,以提高三峡枢纽区域通过能力,同时提出采用水陆联运的组织方式实施货物分流,以缓解船舶的待闸问题。
Along with the expansion of freight volume on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, the short design capacity of the Three Gorges lock has been gradually emerging. Based on the analysis of the supply and demand of the freight volume in Three Gorges Area, this paper introduces the concept of threshold and arranges transport organization of the ship lock reasonably through the optimal scheduling of the Three Gorges lock to enhance the navigation capacity. At the same time it is suggested that some goods could be transported through the dam to alleviate the problem of short capacity.
