薄壁轴瓦对口面平行度公差分析

摘要 薄壁轴瓦对口面平行度,是在检验负荷压紧状态下,“沿轴瓦轴向全长计算的轴瓦对口面与检验座对口面的不平行偏差值”。国内对该平行度公差值的规定普遍偏严,实际情况和理论分析证明,这些规定超出了工艺上的可能性,是无法达到的,因此,有必要适当修改放宽。 The parallelism of a thin-wall bearing faying surfaces refers to the'parallelism deviation of bearing faying surfaces obtained along bearing's axial fulllength under compressed condition at checking load from checking seat faying surfaces'.This parallelism tolerance is commonly on the high side as more strictly required athome. Practice and theoretic analysis have shown that it is immpossible to meet suchrequirements since they go beyong the technological possibility. For this reason, tocorrect and open the tolerance may become necessary.
