台州椒灵江水域新建船舶出港通航存在问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures for navigation of newly-built ships at departure in Taizhou Jiaolingjing water area

椒灵江水域是台州市重要内河骨干航道,水域自然条件差,通航环境复杂。近年来,由于沿岸造船企业盲目扩大造船规模,建造船舶的吨位、尺度严重突破水域的通航条件局限,对船舶及水域的通航安全带来极其严重的影响,通过实地调研,就新建船舶的通航安全提出建设性的对策建议。

Jiaolingjiang water area is the key trunk inland channel of Taizhou City, with unfavorable natural condition and complicated navigation environment. In recent years, since the ship-building enterprises along the river blindly expand the ship-building scale, the tonnage and dimensions of the ships have exceeded greatly the navigation limit of the water area. This has exerted an extremely serious influence on the navigation safety of ships and the water area. Based on the field investigation and study, this paper puts forward constructive suggestions on the safe navigation of newly-built ships.
