复杂工况条件下真空预压周边密封施工方法探讨

摘要 针对广州龙穴岛某真空预压工程加固区土体天然承载力低、加固区形状不规则及部分排水砂垫层过厚等复杂工况,提出了新型周边密封施工设备、施工技术,可解决大而笨重的传统密封设备施工困难、密封效果差且存在安全隐患等难题。工程实际应用表明新密封方法行之有效,具有推广应用价值。 In view of the complicated work condition of low bearing capacity, anomalous shape, and part of ultra-thick sand pad of the strengthening regional in some vacuum preloading treatment project of "GuangZhou CSSC Longxue Shipping Base" , we put forward new-type construction equipment and new technology for clay sealing wall. It indicates that the new method can resolve the difficulties in traditional construction, i.e., large & heavy equipment, the poor sealing effect, and the hidden safety danger, etc. The practical application proves that the new sealing method is effective and has a popularization value.
