五连杆式结晶器非正弦液压振动的波形

摘要 通过收集各种非正弦振动波形图并进行理论分析,对五连杆结晶器最佳振动波形提出要求,并研究了各种非正弦振动波形的特点、基本参数范围。最后建议采用德马克波形和傅立叶波形。 By collecting and theoretically analyzing various kinds of nonsine vibration wave shapes of five-connecting rod mould, the requirement for the optimum one has been presented. Further, features and essential parameters scope of these nonsine vibration wave shapes have been researched as well. Finally, it is suggested that DMG & Fourier waves should be adopted.
