摘要
设计缺陷和液压系统元件的老化是导致龙门铣床出现故障的主要原因。通过更换齿轮泵、溢流阀和密封元件,增加一个双触点压力继电器,清扫毛细管等措施排除了机床的故障。
Design defects and hydraulic system elements aging are the main causes of the gantry milling machine＇s fault. By replacing the gear pump, overflow valve, and sealing elements, adding one double-contacting pressure relay, and cleaning capillary pipe, machine tool fault has been eliminated.
