2008年电信运营商在NGN的策略方面有一些调整,软交换、IP多媒体子系统(IMS)不再是运营商关注的唯一重点,运营商更多地考虑了核心、接入层面的数据传送技术来构架未来的网络基础设施。在业务层面,运营商根据自身的市场、网络和用户状况发展基于家庭网络的增值业务、网络电视(IPTV)业务等。2009年高速宽带将是NGN建设的重点。
There are some adjustments in NGN policies in 2008 made by telecommunications operators, Softswitch and IP Multimedia Subsystem （IMS） are not the only emphasis that operators pay attention to, data transporting technologies in core and access sides to build future network infrastructures are also considered. At the operational side, home networking based value-added services and IPTV service were developed according to their own market, network and subscribers. In 2009, high speed broadband will be the key point of NGN development.
