试论我国反垄断立法和发展规模经济的关系

反垄断法是我国维护市场竞争秩序的最为重要的一部法律。制定出台反垄断法是国内国际形势发展的客观要求,也是完善我国市场经济体制的迫切需要。通过市场主导和政府辅助的并购战略实现规模经济来增强国际竞争力已经是必然的发展趋势和必然选择。我国的反垄断法与我国目前的规模经济战略并不冲突,而且,我国更应该努力发挥垄断的积极作用,正确处理好反垄断法与发展规模经济的关系,使我国的反垄断法更好地促进我国规模经济的健康发展。

It has no conflict between the anti - monopoly law and the extensive economic strategy, furthermore, we should let the monopoly to play a positive part, correctly handle the relationship between them so that the law will promote the extensive economic.
