Orthotropic steel bridge deck is a kind of bridge decks that is applied widely domestic and abroad, because of wheels loads repeated and direct, its fatigue problem becomes outstanding. The fatigue research general situation and related conclusions of detail configurations in orthotropic steel bridges are discussed particularly, and the fatigue evaluation methods are briefly described . Finally, expectations and suggestions for fatigue research on orthotropic steel decks are put forward.
