SAP 2000在“321”装配式公路钢桥弦杆螺栓受力分析中的应用

摘要 "321"装配式公路钢桥是一种下承式的销接桁架桥,其弦杆螺栓的受力分析是工程师要面临的难题。利用有限元软件SAP 2000对加强型"321"装配式公路钢桥进行结构分析,得到在跨中指定荷载作用下,弦杆螺栓的剪力分布为跨中小、两端大,且最大值随加强弦杆节数的减少而增大;并给出了剪力最大值计算公式,为同类结构的受力分析及设计提供理论依据。 The force analysis of the chord bolts of "321" portable steel bridge, which is a pin - jointed portable prefabricated truss bridge, is one of difficult problems for engineers. Based on the software SAP2000, analysis on "321" portable steel bridges with chord reinforcements is carried out and the law is gained that under appointed midspan load, the force distribution of the chord bolts is small in mid-span and big at two ends,and its maximum increases as bay numbers of chord reinforcement reduces, the formula of shear force maximum is presented, which will offer theoretical basis to the analysis of similar structure and structure design.
