摘要
以1,4-二乙炔基苯和4-溴邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,通过碳-碳偶合反应生成1,4-双[β-(p-邻苯二甲酸酐)乙炔基]苯,经40%HCl溶液水解成1,4-双[β-(p-邻苯二甲酸)乙炔基]苯,再经与乙酸酐回流得到目标产物。探讨原料物质的量比、芳卤试剂、溶剂、反应温度、催化剂、共催化剂等因素对目标产物产率的影响,并用元素分析、DSC、IR和1HNMR等手段对产物的组成和结构进行表征。
1,4-[β- ( p-Phthalie anhydride) ethynyl ] benzene was synthesized from 1,4-diethylbenze and 4-bromophtalic anhydride via C--C coupling reaction, followed by hydrolysis with 40% HCl(aq) to obtain the product 1,4-bis [ β-( p-phthalie acid) ethynyl] benzene.The latter was converted to the target compound by refluxing in acetic anhydride. The molar ratio of reactants, halogen substitutes, solvent, reaction temperature, catalyst, co-catalyst and the like were investigated and discussed as the factors that influenced the yield of the C--C coupling reaction. The assynthesized compound was characterized by element analysis, DSC, IR and ^1 HNMR.
