摘要
以三溴化磷为溴化剂,吡啶为催化剂,乙醚为溶剂,通过茄尼醇溴化制备了标题化合物。考察了反应温度、三溴化磷的用量和催化剂吡啶对反应的影响。确定了适宜的反应条件。产品用熔点测定、红外光谱、1HNMR和13CNMR表征。
Solanesol was brominated using phosphorus tribromide as the brominating agent,pyridine as the catalyst,ethyl ether as the reaction medium.The effect of reaction factors on the yield of product was studied and the preferential condition was determined.The structure of the prepared product was characterized by measurement of its melting point,IR,^1HNMR,and ^13CNMR.
