Synthesis and characterization of 2,6-dialkyl-4-bromoaniline

摘要 以液溴为溴化试剂,分别与2,6-二甲基苯胺、2,6-二异丙基苯胺反应,通过控制反应温度和时间,物料滴加方式,合成了2,6-二甲基-4-溴苯胺和2,6-二异丙基-4-溴苯胺,产率分别为67%和61%。通过1HNMR对目标产物进行结构表征。 2,6-Dimethyl-4-bromoaniline and 2,6-diisopropyl-4-bromoaniline were synthesized via the reaction of 2,6-dimethylaniline and 2,6-diisopropylaniline with liquid bromine.By controlling properly the reaction temperature,reaction time and feeding mode the yield of 2,6-dimethyl-4-bromoaniline and 2,6-diisopropyl-4-bromoaniline was 67% and 64%,respectively.The structures of target compounds were characterized by ^1HNMR.
