摘要
目的:分析不同CT后处理技术在泌尿系结石的应用价值。方法:对临床诊断泌尿系结石的50例患者行螺旋CT低剂量平扫,低剂量扫描分为2组(150mA、50mA),2组中的图像经过最大密度投影(maximal intensity projection,MIP)、容积再现技术(volume rendering technique,VRT)和多平面重建(multiplanar,MPR)3种后处理技术重建,对2组中每一种重建技术进行比较,分析其结果。结果:管电流为150mA的3种后处理重建技术能够满足诊断需要,准确率全部为100%,而管电流为50mA的准确率分别为96%、100%、80%,且前者能够提供更为完整的影像资料。结论:当临床医师要观察结石与周围组织的关系时,管电流为150mA的图像能够满足诊断需要,2种低剂量组的VR图像无明显差异,而MPR图像具有明显差异。
Objective To analyze different CT technology in the treatment of urinary calculi with the application value. Methods 50 cases of patients with urinary calculi underwent low-dose spiral CT scan in 2 groups (150 mA, 50 mA). After using a maximum intensity projection images (maximal intensity projection, MIP), volume rendering techniques (volume rendering technique, VRT) and MPR (multiplanar, MPR) reconstruction techniques, the results were compared and analyzed. Results The group of 150 mA got desirable result in all 3 techniques with the accuracy rate of 100%, while the group of 50mA reached accuracy rate of 96%, 100%, 80% respectively. The former provided more complete images. When clinicians want to observe the calculus and the relationship between the surrounding tissue, 150mA meet the diagnostic needs. There is no significant differences between the VR images of two groups, while the MPR image shows significant differences.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal ,2009,30(9) :73-74]
